Derwent Living and Miller Homes are to build 65 affordable homes on a former airfield in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
The scheme, off Cavendish Drive, is one of the first to be funded by the Homes and Communities Agency’s Affordable Homes Programme.
Work has already started on site and the first of the mix of two-, three- and four bedroom houses is due for completion next summer.
