Derwent London has made its first significant purchase in three years in the capital.
The UK’s fourth-largest investment trust has paid £146m for Central Cross, a 251,000 sq ft property on Tottenham Court Road and Stephen Street.
The 1970s-style property, on a 2.1 acre site, has retail space, a cinema and 216,000 of office space.
