Derwent London has put a six-storey office block formerly leased to Ticketmaster in London’s Angel up for sale.
Agency Compton has been appointed to seek offers of more than £27m for the freehold of 10-4 Pentonville Road, N1.
The asking price for the 54,764 sq ft building represents a capital value of £492 per sq ft. In the REIT’s most recent annual report, the property was included in the £25m-£50m valuation band.
The block is being sold with vacant possession as office or “alternative” use, according to marketing documents.
Derwent redeveloped the site in 2012, turning two buildings into a single structure. Ticketmaster took a lease on the building that year.
