Derwent London has appointed Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank as joint leasing agents on its new Fitzrovia office scheme, W1.
The agents have been instructed to market its 137,000 sq ft Network office building, on the corner of Tottenham Court Road and Howland Street.
The scheme will also offer 5,000 sq ft of retail space and will be offered alongside 23 affordable homes that the property investor and developer is delivering in Tottenham Mews, W1. It has an estimated rental value of £12.4m as of June 2023.
The sustainability-led Network has achieved SmartScore Platinum certification and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and four-star NABERS ratings.
Construction of the Piercy&Company-designed development is expected to complete in late 2025.
