Derwent’s leasing activities have added £10.6m in rental income in the first three months of the year.
The figure exceeds the total of £9.2m from all leases in 2014.
Among those new leases the letting of 40,700 sq ft of space to The Office Space at Angel Square, Islington EC1, represent the greatest uplift.
The 10-year lease reflects a £1.4m pa increase in rental income. This was a 54% uplift on the income the building generated at the time of purchase in November 2014.
In total, the company has relet 75% of the building since it was purchased.
