Derwent has secured two of London’s best-known restaurateurs for its Turnmill development in Clerkenwell, EC1.
Conran Group’s Albion and Pollen Street Social’s Jason Atherton are set to take 6,700 sq ft and 5,500 sq ft respectively in the 70,500 sq ft office and retail scheme.
It will be the third Albion restaurant in London for Conran, joining the group’s Shoreditch, E2, and NEO Bankside, SE1, locations.
Atherton’s new venture will augment his Social brand, which includes Social Eating House and Little Social in Soho, W1, and City Social, which opened at Tower 42, EC2, in April.
