Derwent Group has let a 12,000 sq ft retail unit to Marks & Spencer at its White City Retail Park in Manchester.
M&S has taken the site in Old Trafford for its M&S Foodhall brand on a 15-year lease and will start operations from the site in spring 2016.
The company joins other tenants including Curry’s, Dreams, Furniture Village and Halfords at the 210,570 sq ft recently refurbished retail park.
