Derwent London has instructed JLL and CBRE to seek offers for the 41,700 sq ft Davidson Building at 5 Southampton Street and 52,800 sq ft Tower House at 8-14 Southampton Street in Covent Garden, WC2.
The REIT is seeking offers of around £65m and £72m, respectively, for the blocks, having bought them both from MEPC in 1997.
The buildings are multi-let to a number of tenants, including Brake Bros, FTI Consulting and the World Nuclear Association.
Tower House is pending a planning application for conversion to 10 homes.
