Detox Kitchen is looking to expand, with plans to open seven delis in central London over the next three years.
The business, founded by Lily Simpson and which counts Elle MacPherson and Gwyneth Paltrow among its fans, has opened two delis so far, and a third is due to open this week.
Simpson is looking at locations in the likes of Shoreditch, the Square Mile and Victoria for her next expansion.
