Deutsche Hypothekenbank has provided financing of €33m for an office complex in Bremen in north west Germany.
The 10-year loan was provided to XVI Europa-Center.
The complex consists of three office buildings, located opposite Bremen’s airport in the office location Airport-Stadt.
The anchor tenant in the 33,000 m2 complex is Allianz Deutschland which will occupy the complex together with DMK Deutsches Milchkontor and Deutsche Post Immobilien as well as Areva Wind.
Europa-Center is a property company focusing on the development of office property and asset management in Germany. The company’s portfolio is located in Hamburg, Berlin, Bremen, Bremerhaven and Essen and has a value of €290m.
