Deutsche Telekom has sold and partially leased back a 20,000 m2 property in Ravensburg to local authority Landkreis Ravensburg.
Corpus Sireo Asset Management Commercial’s Stuttgart office has advised the transaction for Deutsche Telekom. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price.
Landkreis Ravensburg is already a tenant in the building, leasing about 50% of the space. Deutsche Telekom will remain as a tenant and lease back the occupied floor space.
