East Midlands developer Bildurn is poised to launch Pod office, 19,000 sq ft of new, grade A office space which sits atop its Pod mixed-use development in
Bildurn, the owner and developer of the 108,000 sq ft Pod scheme located on the Fletchergate site, has appointed architect ShedKM to design the new space.
The new offices will sit atop the modernist Pod – a £25m already occupied by Tesco, Dwell and Accor (with a 142-bedroom Ibis hotel).
John Proctor, joint letting agent for the scheme and partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP), said: “The internal space, with the exception of the reception, is in a shell condition and Bildurn worked up a series of potential fit out packages which can enable the space to be tailored to the occupier’s needs within 14 weeks.”
FHP and NG Chartered Surveyors are joint agents on the scheme.
