F T Patten Properties has signed a deal with Chester Council for a speculative warehouse development on a 4.04ha (10 acre) site at Chester West Business Park.
The company, advised by Harding Wragg, is applying for consent to develop a first phase of 1,393 sq m (15,000 sq ft).
