The developer behind three new office buildings in Middlesbrough hopes the scheme will continue the ongoing revamp of the town’s Centre Square.
Ashall Projects has lodged plans for three office buildings and new public realm with the local council. The buildings will be near the developer’s existing One and Two Centre Square.
The Seymour Architecture-designed office buildings will range from 18,600 sq ft to more than 104,000 sq ft.
Ashall said in a planning statement that the scheme will offer “a commercial quarter to the town and a premier office development for the wider region”, adding: “The delivery of One and Two Centre Square has begun this transition, and this revised masterplan looks to respond to the requirements of the current market.”
