Chris Parker Group has submitted a revised planning application for a multi-million redevelopment of the former Bentwaters air base in east Suffolk. The developer has withdrawn controversial plans for a 550-unit holiday village and proposed turning that part of the base over to forestry.
However, proposals for 29,000 sq m (312,164 sq ft) of refurbished and new-build B1, B2 and B8 space have been retained.
