Developer unveils plans for Croydon ‘linked towers’

Developer Guildhouse-Rosepride has unveiled plans for Odalisk£350m mixed-use development in the centre of Croydon.

The scheme, designed by architect Piers Gough of CZWG, has been in design and planning stages for two years and aims to create a new link between East and West Croydon.

It will feature a two ‘linked towers’, one of 35 storeys and another of 51, accommodating a four-star Intercontinental Hotel, 100 serviced apartments, 270,000 sq ft of grade A office space, 360 flats and a new members gym.

Guildhouse-Rosepride said the development was intended to energise the development of Lansdowne Road and support the wider regeneration planned for Wellesley Road, as part of the London Borough of Croydon’s 2020 Vision.

A planning application will be submitted to Croydon council following detailed consultation with local residents, businesses and community representatives.
