Dundee City Council has appointed One Enterprise and Robertson to develop schemes for its £1bn waterfront regeneration programme.
Robertson will deliver a £40m development next to the new V&A museum comprising of 50,000 sq ft of offices, 67 flats and a 120-bed luxury hotel.
One Enterprise will undertake a £20m development of Plot 2 at the central waterfront, creating a city square with a Malmaison hotel and establishing a design and innovation quarter.
The scheme will include 61 flats, 16,000 sq ft of retail and 58,000 sq ft of offices.
