South West-based developers Bettercam and MRMU have submitted plans for a major service station in Bodmin, Cornwall.
The £20m development, on a 20-acre site on the Victoria junction off the A30, will feature an 80-bedroom hotel, restaurants and a 27,000 sq ft amenity building. Talks are under way to secure KFC, McDonald’s, Costa, WH Smith and Holiday Inn Express as tenants.
Marsh & Baxter is development manager; GVA is letting agent; Mountford Piggot Partnerships designed the scheme.
