British Land is to battle with Elliott Bernerd and Sir Stuart Lipton’s Chelsfield Partners for the right to carry out a £1bn-plus redevelopment of Euston station in London.
The developers are on a four-strong shortlist for the scheme. The other two are thought to be Development Securities and Hines.
Four developers have also been shortlisted for a smaller redevelopment of Victoria. They are Land Securities, Hammerson, Development Securities and Stanhope.
