The developers of two leisure schemes on the opposite sides of Plymouth city centre have signed up rival multiplex operators.
Bristol-based ASM has secured UCI as anchor tenant for a 56,000 sq ft cinema in its 11,520 sq m (124,000 sq ft) Mill Bay development. Joint agents Knight Frank and Walker Son & Packman are now looking for bowling alley and night club operators.
On the other side of Plymouth, Morrison Developments has secured Virgin Cinemas as operator of its 12-screen multiplex in its 11,148 sq m (120,000 sq ft) development.
