DeVono Cresa appoints Ian Rudland as chairman

DeVono Cresa, an advisory firm focusing solely on occupiers has appointed ex-Vail Williams boss Ian Rudland as chairman.

Rudland has more than 30 years of experience in the property sector, advising occupiers across the UK and internationally.

He spent 18 years as chief executive of Vail Williams and has experience in growing advisory firms to provide a range of services including office agency, valuations, building surveying, business rates, asset management and town planning.

Rudland said: “DeVono Cresa is brimming with energy, ideas and ambition.  I have been impressed by the cohesiveness of the how all the teams work together and their collective desire to deliver outstanding service and results to their clients.
