DeVono has signed a 10-year lease at the Crown Estate’s 302-308 Regent Street, W1, to accommodate the company’s expansion. The tenant representation specialist agency has taken 3,500 sq ft in the building at a rent of £55 per sq ft.
The company was previously based in 1,800 sq ft at 1 Little Argyll Street, W1.
