DeVono, the tenant-only agency, is to merge with the world’s largest tenant-only commercial property adviser, Cresa, to become DeVono Cresa.
The new company says its occupier-only client base means it is free from conflicts involving landlord clients.
DeVono started in the UK in 2003 and has moved more clients than any other commercial agency since then, including Red Bull, Eon, Mimecast and Manchester United.
Launched in 1993, Cresa has more than 60 offices in North America and a presence in more than 700 global cities.
DeVono founder Robert Leigh, said: “We are excited to embrace an international platform with Cresa, a company that shares our business ideals while embracing our unique, no conflict, tenant-only approach to commercial property advice.
Alongside the tie up, DeVono Cresa also announced that it has acted on two new UK letting deals.
It negotiated for and acquired a 43,000 sq ft headquarters for Zoopla at the Courage Yard development off Shad Thames, SE1, for an undisclosed rent.
It also acted as broker in a deal that saw Foxtons regear its Chiswick Park, W4, headquarters office lease.
