Estate agent Dexters has confirmed its acquisition of Jackson-Stops’ London and Surrey business, including subsidiary Frank Harris & Co.
The acquisition comprises 11 offices in London and Surrey, adding to Dexters’ existing 70 offices across the capital, including 35 in central London.
It will also expand Dexters new homes and land transactions business streams, as well as help take its annual turnover to over £100m. Dexters turnover last year hit £86m.
Jeff Doble, chairman and founder of Dexters, said: “We are committed to growing our capabilities, particularly in the more commercial residential services, such as new homes and land, and this is something we will continue to look at going forward with regards PRS and other potential new service offers.
“This expansion will strengthen our business, but our respective names and people will remain unchanged.”
Dexters trades from 25 further locations under brands including Snellers, Fletchers, Robertson Smith & Kempson, Jacksons and Chard.
