Difa makes new Paris investment

German open-ended fund Difa has paid €51m (DM100m) for the office building TFI, Aile Sud in Rue la Voie Lactée, Paris. It is the first acquisition in the French capital for the Difa-Grund fund which it manages.

The vendor of the 7,100m2 property was the Paris-based company Point Jour. Difa managing director Dr Reinhard Kutscher said that the Paris market still has potential and Difa is looking for more opportunities to invest in the city.

Bouygues Immobilier advised on the deal.
