Difa makes Spanish debut

Difa has made its first acquisition in Spain for its Difa-Grund open-ended fund. It has paid almost €25m (DM49m) for Suero de Quiñones 34-36 on Principe de Vergara in Madrid.

The 5,000m2 office building was built in 1994 and is fully let to Spanish electricity company Endesa. Dr Reinhard Kutscher, manager director of Difa said: “Following investments in London and Paris, Spain will now become a third focus for Difa’s European investments.”
