DoubleVerify, a US digital marketing analytics platform, has taken a 10-year lease at One New Oxford Street, WC2, owned by asset manager Sun Venture.
The company is taking 11,473 sq ft on the first floor of the newly refurbished 94,390 sq ft nine-storey building.
The agreed rent is understood to be £82.50 per sq ft, which is above the average achieved rent of £76.64 for the WC2 area according to EG’s market analytics.
Other tenants include streaming platform Twitch and fashion retailer COS.
Joe Fuller, a partner at Bluebook, which represented Sun Venture, said: “Architect-designed, fully fitted floors of this size in a landmark building such as One New Oxford Street are hard to come by. We had received interest from a number of parties during the refurbishment phase and it was a great result to have secured DoubleVerify. We look forward to delivering the second floor in the autumn, which will also be offered on a turn-key basis.
DoubleVerify was represented by Colliers.
