A prefab, three-bedroom bungalow in Peckham, southeast London, that has been empty for more than 10 years, has been sold for close to £1m at auction.
The guide price on the dilapidated property was £590,000, but bidding started above that and reached £920,000.
The area has become increasingly sought-after and the new buyer is expected to seek planning permission to build new homes on the 0.06 acre site.
