The Defence Infrastructure Organisation has appointed VINCI St Modwen, a joint venture between VINCI and St Modwen Properties, as development manager for MoD Ashchurch.
The 15-acre site in Gloucestershire has the potential for 2,100 new homes.
VINCI St Modwen will work with the DIO to achieve the greatest value for taxpayers from the sale.
Ben Cook, residential land director at St Modwen, said: “MoD Ashchurch complements St Modwen’s expertise in regeneration and our ability to think long-term and innovatively to extract the best value from large-scale sites with previous uses.”
The DIO worked with GVA to seek out a suitable development manager.
