The Defence Infrastructure Organisation, the Ministry of Defence’s property and services provider, is seeking a development manager for Arborfield Garrison in Berkshire.
The MOD has signed an agreement with two adjoining landowners to deliver a residential-led development of 2,000 new homes and infrastructure.
The development manager will be required to fund, manage and lead the development in return for a share of the proceeds.
