Martin Ratchford, group finance director at residential specialist Mount Anvil, has left the company just six months after his appointment was announced.
A spokesman for Mount Anvil said: “We wish Martin all the best in his career and thank him for his contribution to Mount Anvil.”
Ratchford was appointed to the role in June. He previously held senior roles at British Land and Unite.
The developer is now in the process of finding a replacement.
