Dirty Martini is to arrive in Manchester this summer after the bar chain signed to lease a site at 211-217 Deansgate from Bruntwood Estates.
Leisure operator CG Restaurants & Bars, which owns Dirty Martini, plans to invest £1.5m in the coversion of the 6,700 sq ft retail and office space.
The deal will see the creation of Dirty Martini’s tenth outlet following the recent opening of Dirty Martini Cardiff. The group’s other eight outlets are all in London.
