Discovery Networks Europe has relaunched its search for a new headquarters, appointing JLL to find 150,000 sq ft of office space in a fringe London location.
The satellite television broadcaster, which runs nine channels including the Discovery Channel, is seeking space for occupation from mid-2016 to 2018.
The firm has been based in a 100,000 sq ft building at Stanhope’s Chiswick Park, W4, for the past 10 years, but upcoming reviews are likely to see rents rise considerably.
