The High Court is to rule on whether a company is entitled to enforce a charging order over property in Gerrards Cross against a trust beneficiary.
Feliciana Marks is resisting the claim of Skyparks Group plc to enforce the order on the ground that the property is held by her husband Nicholas for the Chanick Trust, of which she is a beneficiary. She maintains that her status as a beneficiary means Skyparks has no right to enforce the order against her.
The hearing continues.
