Distribution and outsourcing firm Bunzl is to relocate to a new facility at Belgrave Logistics Park in Bellshill, Scotland.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease for a 29,000 sq ft warehouse at the site.
The development is made up of all-electric buildings and has EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
Bunzl’s move from its nearby Uddingston location sees them join other recent tenants on the park, including Wincanton, RES, and Likewise.
The £55m Belgrave Logistics Park extends to 261,193 sq ft across five buildings.
James Barrack, chair and founder of Knight Property Group, the developer behind Belgrave, said: “Securing another tenant after the recent Wincanton deal underpins and reinforces our strategy of committing to the speculative development of the best units in the best locations across Scotland.
“With only one unit now remaining, this deal is a further vote of confidence for Belgrave and in Lanarkshire generally.”
