Leisure and hospitality adviser Distrkt has joined forces with former Bruce Gillingham Pollard directors Dan Taylor and Will Hume to create a new leasing consultancy.
Taylor and Hume have specialised in London retail and F&B for the past two decades and will lead the newly-formed Distrkt Lease Consultancy. It aims to provide a bespoke service to prestigious estates in Central London.
Distrkt was founded by Camilla Topham and Michael Webb five years ago and focuses on working with landlords on their developments and estates both in the capital and elsewhere in the UK.
Together, the firm’s client base will include Shaftesbury Capital, Derwent London, MARK, CBRE Investment Management, Savills IM, St Martins, Almacantar, Gascoyne Holdings and The Mercers Company. Distrkt has also been recently appointed on Lendlease’s 50-acre Silvertown project in East London.
Taylor said: “We have seen a tremendous recent resurgence in London’s restaurant, bar and hospitality sector. In that context, it’s more important than ever for landlords to have advisers working collaboratively across the leasing and lease advisory disciplines and who also have access to the latest market data.
“Our abilities in these areas and expertise as trusted advisers have created a very powerful consultancy for the London property market.”
