Electronics retailer Dixons has confirmed that it is to take space in Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre.
It will launch its XL superstore format at the scheme, in a 30,000 sq ft (2,790 sq m), two-tier unit overlooking St Martin’s Square.
Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker and Lunson Mitchenall are letting agents.
