Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust has put its Kent & Sussex hospital up for sale at £20m.
The 11.4-acre site in Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, will be sold as a development for 365 flats and 41,300 sq ft of commercial space, subject to approval from Tunbridge Wells borough council.
Kent & Sussex Hospital is closing in early September, with operations being transferred to the new £230m Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury.
Drivers Jonas Deloitte has been instructed to manage the sale.
