Drivers Jonas Deloitte has replaced Vail Williams as leasing agent on SEGRO and Aviva Investors’ 750,000 sq ft Gatwick portfolio.
DJD will work as joint leasing agent with FTD Johns on the portfolio which is part of the Airport Property Partnership, a £1bn joint venture between SEGRO and Aviva Investors.
DJD will focus on letting vacant sheds ranging from 20,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft.
John O’Brien of SEGRO, APP portfolio leasing manager, said: “The property we have at Gatwick consists of two estates, which fall under the APP portfolio.
“They are Gatwick International Distribution Centre and Gatwick Cargo area, which includes on-airport sheds, providing direct airside access.”
