Jeremy Castle and Nigel Hawkey have been appointed as director and consultant respectively at Drivers Jonas Deloitte.
Castle will be a director in the planning team, focusing on commercial and residential property in central London.
His appointment comes after spending four years leading the planning strategy for Battersea Power Station during his time as director of Treasury Holdings,
Hawkey will advise on major regeneration schemes in Loindon and the South East, as well as other projects.
Since 2003 he has been director of planning at Quintain Estates and Development.
