“We’re called the Ethical Property Company and people are always saying how can you be called that? It’s a misnomer,” says Ralphs, “but I think that is wrong.”
Ethical Property believes it can deliver profit to its shareholders at the same time as providing sustainable, affordable workspace for charities and other businesses operating in the social change sector.
