Doherty Baines has won a four-year contract to manage Cable & Wireless Worldwide’s real estate portfolio.
The property agent will provide advice and services for the telecoms firm’s global portfolio, comprising 1,450 properties valued at £600m, equating to 3.6m sq ft.
