Affordable housing provider Dolphin Living has appointed Matthew Lamb as development director.
He will oversee the development strategy of the business, particularly focusing on the delivery of affordable homes for working Londoners.
Lamb joins from Pocket Living, where he was a senior development manager, prior to which he also held roles at Essential Living and CBRE.
Olivia Harris, chief executive at Dolphin Living, said: “Lamb’s experience in the affordable and rental sectors will be invaluable as we progress our mission of building more high-quality, affordable homes for the city’s critical workers near to their places of work. It is clear that his guidance and insight will be instrumental in supporting the team to build upon their excellent work to date.”
