Dolphin Living gets go-ahead for £37m Southwark scheme

Dolphin Living has secured planning consent from London’s Southwark Council for a £36.6m scheme providing 85 homes.

The development on 35-39 Parkhouse Street, SE5, includes 40% affordable housing and forms part of the regeneration of Burgess Business Park.

The site’s current use is a single-storey commercial building and four vacant flats. The plans will see redevelopment of the site providing the residential units alongside commercial space.

The scheme has been designed by Ryder Architecture and will include communal roof gardens with integrated play space.

Dolphin Living chief executive Olivia Harris said the company was now “exploring opportunities to bring this development forward”.

Dolphin Living was advised by the town planning team at Knight Frank.
