Pizza maker Domino’s has taken the final retail space at Kier Property’s £25m Kier Park in Hemel Hempstead, Herts.
It will pay circa £20,000 pa over a 20-year term for the 1,000 sq ft space.
Ioan Rees, development surveyor at Kier Property, said: “The letting of this final unit to a strong covenant such as Domino’s is very important for us as we begin to market the phase one freehold investment.”
