WEEKEND PAPERS: Domino’s Pizza is entering into a joint venture agreement with an unidentified franchisee in London.
The company will pay £24m for a 75% stake in the joint venture, which will include the franchisee’s 25 stores in the capital. The deal is expected to close in September.
The move will enable Domino’s to take advantage of the significant growth opportunity in the London area, it said.
