Dominus has appointed GLPG to sell a £38m, 78-home scheme in Enfield, north London. It is seeking offers over £6m.
The developer has planning consent to demolish the existing office buildings on the 0.71-acre town centre site and develop two residential blocks of five and six storeys.
The northern block will comprise 30 private and affordable homes over five storeys.
The southern block will comprise 48 private homes over six storeys.
