Dominvs Group has bought a 36,297 sq ft industrial site from Henderson in Wokingham for £3.7m.
The deal represents a net initial yield of 8.9%.
The Wokingham commercial centre consists of six adjacent units and two high bay distribution units, covering a total of 36,297 sq ft across 1.6-acres.
Six units are occupied, with a passing rent of £360,000 annually.
