Dominvs names new chief financial officer

Developer Dominvs Group has appointed Ian Trinder from retirement living developer PegasusLife as its new chief financial officer, among plans to expand into new asset classes.

Ian Trinder

Trinder joined PegasusLife in 2013 as its chief financial officer, working there for nearly seven years. During that time, he was responsible for arranging more than £1bn of development finance and led its acquisition of housebuilder Renaissance Retirement.

Before that, Trinder was chief financial officer of Audley Group for three years, and finance director of agency Hamptons International.

Dominvs said his appointment will drive new partnerships and its co-investment strategy, as the firm looks to scale up its property development business and launch in different sectors.

The developer specialises mainly in hotels and residential.

The news comes after Dominvs hired Adam Ratzker as its commercial director in August.

Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, founder of Dominvs, said: “Ian’s background across a wide range of property classes makes him a perfect fit for Dominvs, as we look to uncover new opportunities for further growth and expansion.”
