Donald Trump’s company is expected to begin work next year on a £150m luxury housing development at his golf resort near Aberdeen.
Plans for 500 “Scottish-heritage” designed homes and 50 hotel cottages, plus a sports centre and retail, equestrian and commercial spaces, will be submitted to Aberdeenshire council today.
Trump’s family business already has outline planning approval for the “second phase” of the project at Balmedie, which his backers say will create 2,000 jobs.
